Hey guys, today I have made GHEVAR in my kitchen we all know that it is the season of monsoon as well as it is a season of festivals traditionally Ghevar belongs to Rajasthan but it is liked by all indians no matter which state you live in. Preparation Time - 1 hr.

Ingredients -

For Rabri -

1litre - Milk
2 to 3 Tbps - Sugar
3 Tbsp - Fresh Malai
1/2 Tsp - Cardamom Powder

For Sugar Syrup -

1 Cup - Sugar
1/4 Cup - Water
1/2 Tsp - Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp - Cardamom Powder
Yellow food colour ( this is optional )

For GHEVAR -

1 Cup -  Maida
5 Tbsp -  Ghee
1 Tbsp - Besan
1/2 Tsp - Lemon Juice
Dry Fruits for decoration
