Lalan or Lalon is one of the villages of Rudbar Qasran village, Rudbar Qasran section, Shemiran city, Tehran province, Iran. Due to the existence of tulips, this village is called Lalgun, or Lalon, and it has a natural sparkling water spring, which the natives call Talkhab spring. This village is the birthplace of the late famous singer Zan Marzieh
