Tips
It saves time steaming when you cut a cross on the potatoes.
When you steam them, start with cold to boiling water.
Steamed potatoes are ideal as it won't be watery.
Season well when you make mashed potatoes.
I used a jar 5cm diameters.
It doesn't take long to fry we just need a golden brown crunchy outside.
After cooling mashed potatoes it won't go to the high heat quickly when you fry which prevents it from exploding.
You can dip in tomato sauce if you like when you eat them.
Ingredients ( about 20 potato discs )
5 Potatoes
Some salt and pepper
1~2 Eggs ( for dipping )
Some plain flour
Some bread crumbs
Cooking oil
