Описание: Leaving the dam behind, we set off for the Nubian Village, a world away from the politics and engineering feats. You can reach the village by car or by boat. Looked like the village is very busy and we couldn’t pass with our organized transportation van. This is where the fun began. We had to rent tuktuks to cut through the busy main street of the village and reach our accommodation. The Nubian Village is unlike anywhere else—homes painted in vibrant colors stand out against the golden sand and the blues of the Nile, each adorned with symbols and patterns that tell stories of the people who live there. This village is a living testament to Nubian history, a culture that has thrived along the Nile for thousands of years. Despite displacement and change, the Nubians have preserved their traditions, language, and way of life, making this place a true cultural treasure.
