The sight, smell and sounds of Nature promote calm, improve memory and focus, lower blood pressure, benefit sleep and recovery.
If you can't go outside, bring Nature indoors.
House plants help.
Add images of Forests and landscapes, Infuse some Essential Oils, Play Birdsong and water in the background.
Reduce stress, add to your longevity and improve your current state.
Go outside.
