Highway 1 through Big Sur has reopened after nearly three years of closure due to landslides and construction. This film follows a return to the Pacific Coast, revisiting the towns, lookouts, cliffs, and ocean roads that had been unreachable for so long.
Through quiet moments and slow drives along the coastline, I document the feeling of coming back to the road, to the sea, and to places that hold memories. Observing the light, the wind, the sea, the people, and the stillness where the land meets the Pacific.
