Here is how I relieved my bearded dragon (beardie) from being constipated and impacted. I will only use reptile carpet and newspaper from now on. Feed very little to no mealworms. I figured this would be important to share because these things can lead to very serious issues the longer they are left untreated. If this doesn't work, PLEASE see a vet immediately!
