I have had a greenhouse FULL of seedlings since autumn and now is the time I am starting to get them ready for going outside. I am going to show you how I harden off my seedlings.
Seedlings grown in a greenhouse or coldframe have been sheltered from the wind and rain and fluctuating temperatures. They need some time to adjust to being outside which is why hardening off is an important step.
Feb is a great time to be getting my autumn sown ready for planting out. They are all hardy varieities which can survive frost.
