C151s 013/014 and 035/036 have been taken out of the train operations fleet since July and September 2025 respectively. Farewell, 013/014 and 035/036.
Filmed during the East-West Line (EWL) Shutdown Phase 1, every alternate Peak Hour Eastbound trains will end at Tanah Merah and Paya Lebar stations to preserve peak hour frequencies. This service arrangement only lasted for a day before fully resuming normal operations.
Trains that ended at Paya Lebar will proceed eastbound to Eunos station as Do Not Board trains, turnaround there and cross to westbound tracks to continue service at Paya Lebar.
C151s 013/014 and 035/036 were the selected few trains to end at Paya Lebar and turnaround at Eunos. This service arrangement only lasted for a day before fully resuming normal operations.
