William Johnson is a sergeant in the Atlanta Police Department's homicide unit. He previously worked in the gang unit, and he investigated the Young Slime Life gang. He was involved in the Feb. 7, 2022, arrest of Christian "Bhris" Eppinger in which Eppinger shot Officer David Rogers six times.
