No nonsense guide on replacing the Serpentine Drive Belt in Prince engines. This one is a Citroen DS5 with the 1.6 THP, EP6. This should be the same on the Citroen DS3, DS4, Peugeot 3008, 5008, RCZ, Mini R55, R56, and BMWs with the N12 and N14 engine.
The correct belt size is a 6PK905. It may be tight to go on in which case you can fit it over the alternator and AC pulley, then hold the belt on the lower edge on the crank pulley while you rotate the crank clockwise with an 18mm ratchet. It should grab on the edge and pull itself on. If you still struggle you can go up a size to a 6PK910 or 6PK915, and it will be easier but still work ok.
