Nuclear Lucidity is a Python-based, audio-reactive video generator built to visualize how institutional language can soften, delay, and reframe long-horizon realities—especially in nuclear policy and industry contexts where “temporary” solutions quietly become permanent through inertia.

Use case for AI music creators: This is a lightweight way to ship your tracks as videos without building a full animation. Feed it your song + lyrics (or any text you want to contextualize the track), and it generates an audio-reactive, typography-driven visual with a distinct “signature” per track/text combo. Great for demos, releases, and rapid iteration.

The core design idea is simple: the underlying field is constant, but the lens changes.
This generator renders a continuously evolving procedural “field” driven by audio dynamics (energy bands, transients, and onsets). Then it layers text as a perceptual lens rather than a headline. The text is parsed and scored for rhetorical patterns that often show up in institutional writing—hedging, passive voice, euphemism density, repetition/entropy—and those scores modulate how the field is perceived (clarity vs blur, contouring, micro-texture, drift). The goal isn’t to “fact-check” a source; it’s to make the shape of the language visible and felt.

In other words: this isn’t a lyric video. It’s an instrument for turning policy tone into visual behavior. Swap the audio or swap the text and the output changes—different inputs produce different “signatures,” which makes the tool useful for demos, rapid response clips, performance visuals, and experiments.
