Описание:
Winter bass fishing on Toledo Bend with the fly rod. I got a late start due to heavy fog and giving duck hunters plenty of space, but still managed to pick up a few small bass on a mouse fly. Also came across a massive snapping turtle along the bank. Even when the fishing is slow, it is always a good morning on the water. As a new fly fisherman, every trip is a chance to practice and get more comfortable with the setup.
Gear used: Orvis Clearwater 8 weight and Scientific Anglers fly line.
