Daggerfall was my first foray into the Elder Scrolls series. Although great for its time (and I still enjoy it), I feel the series gets better with each iteration.

Daggerfall Unity is an open source project to recreate Daggerfall in the Unity game engine. On June 16, 2022, the 'GOG Cut' of Daggerfall Unity was released on GOG. This version is a Windows release with several mods pre-installed.

PLOT:
The story follows the player, sent by the Emperor, to free the ghost of King Lysandus from his earthly shackles and discover what happened to a letter sent from the Emperor to the former queen of Daggerfall.
