Creating custom section views in your technical drawings by using the part design and part workbench together to slice sections out of your bodies in quarters for the half section view, in a step pattern for the offset section view and in a jagged pattern for a broken section view. Learn how the part design and the part workbench can be used together to upgrade your part design body which is a feature based object made from sketches, pads, pockets etc to a part workbench body where normally you would create bodies out of primitive objects such as cubes, spheres etc. From here we learn how to create a compound (grouped object) from your part and slice this in various ways. We learn how to add and compose these to our technical drawing via the techdraw workbench.
