Welcome to these sacral chakra affirmations. My name is Deeana with limitless minds and it is my goal to help you rebalance your sacral chakra through the power of affirmations.

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.

The sacral chakra is located just below your belly button and is associated with the color orange. This chakra is responsible for your sexuality, pleasure and creative energy. It’s also linked to how you relate to your emotions as well as the emotions of others.

When this chakra is blocked it can manifest into urinary tract infections, lower back pain, and impotency. Emotionally, this chakra is connected to our feelings of self-worth, and even more specifically, our self-worth around pleasure, sexuality, and creativity.

Find a comfortable place to sit.. either on the floor or on a chair with your hands on your legs and your palms facing up and tune into these powerful sacral affirmations.
I recommend you repeat each affirmation outloud and truly feel the power behind these words
