2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Liquid smoke
Salt
Pepper
Fennel seed
Red pepper flakes
1 16oz package pasta
2 cups Kale
1 can Lentils
1 tbsp tomato paste
Roasted garlic
Roasted onion
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 pack silken tofu
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp miso
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp pepper
