When someone has a life-threatening condition, they may be told they will now receive 'palliative care' or 'end of life care'. What do people understand and feel about these terms? What do they make you think and feel? We've recently had an article published about this, on the Guardian's website. We're also running - with the National Council for Palliative Care - a survey that you can take part in. It asks what you think and feel when you hear the terms 'palliative' and 'end of life' care. Responses will be fed into our new project on terms used by professionals. Thanks for your help.
