Hey Beauties!!! Soooo excited to bring another updated regimen video for you guys to check out.

For the ones that know me, understand I'm dedicated to my hair and stay on a strict scheduled regimen. The ingredients are simple but no matter what consistency is key!
Most times less is more and this for me has proven to be what my hair loves most. I don't believe in over working the hair, applying stressful styles, harsh products, over fluffing, reapplying a ton of products just to refresh old hair.
I understand not all hair is the same, But if you do any of these and still don't see better results than maybe it's time to listen to your hair and change up your routine.
No matter what healthy hair is for all that's willing to take the time and get to know their hair. It's not just about buying products and making the hair look good, it's about giving the hair love & what it needs in order to be taken to the next level.

Natural Since January 2014
Born and raised in Canada
Parents from Jamaica
Hair: Majority is High Porosity, crown and hairline is low porosity and super frizzy! The front curls are loose like an "S", the hairline and back are tighter like bolt screws ;) My hair is super fragile, it will break easy, I use a lot of natural products that have protein. I can never let my hair go dry or it will break.
