The TONR timer is the go-to choice for structure text programming so that is what we used.
Basic Example:
If SampleTimer.ACC Greater Than 2000 And SampleTimer.ACC Is Less Than 8000 Then Light_On:=1; Else Light_On:=0; End_If;
