Today I’m making homemade tiramisu 🍰

• 2 egg yolks
• 60 g sugar
• 250 g mascarpone
• 30 g Baileys liqueur
I dipped the ladyfingers in regular coffee — the kind we usually drink at home ☕
Before serving, I dusted the top with cocoa powder.
The result is a soft, creamy dessert with a rich coffee flavor and a delicate texture.
