Описание: Forest Therapy (森林療法, Shinrin ryōhō) is a health promotion activity that heals forests and us human beings. It began in the 1990’s in Japan. Many people experience life stresses and health concerns. Our forests have same issues. We will discuss the possibilities and chances of forest therapy in the United States. Dr. Uehara will introduce case studies conducted in Japan with the elderly, children, business people, teachers, people with disabilities, and others.
