A 1983 study by Patterson and Capel found that boosting 10Hz activity increased serotonin levels.

This track contains isochronic tones beating at 10Hz in the alpha wave range. Amplitude entrainment effects, producing 10Hz vibrations, have also been embedded into the music.

528Hz Solfeggio

There's also a continuous 528Hz Solfeggio tone playing throughout the track. I've given the tone some 3D sound effects, so it appears to come in and out of volume.
