If the first user accepts, his session turns into a read-only session while the second user starts editing. But the first user can refresh the drawing after each modification to see the changes being made. And if desired, the user in read-only mode can request to take over the editing session again.

This way two users, or potentially more, can work in parallel on the same file. This method lets users edit one at a time, with others watching—essentially, it’s like passing around a single pen to work together on a drawing, regardless of whether team members are in the office using ARES Commander, working remotely, or on the move with ARES Kudo or ARES Touch.
