At the beginning of the video you'll see some frustration from me towards the Civic type R. He was refusing to point me by approximately two and a half laps prior. I backed off him and caught back up and still no point by. As I contemplated going into the pits for a drive through the C8 caught us. I pointed him by, he caught the civic and got an immediate point by. that frustrated me so I caught up to the civic and forced a point by.
The Corvette was on Goodyear SC3s; M4 on Nankang AR1s. This was the intermediate 2 group as the advanced group was full prior to signing up. Both of us were driving cars we were tracking for the first time since purchase, so despite the run-in we had and my attempt to try and keep up, we were just lapping for the fun of it and I was adjusting to the M4.
