UCB 'Health' 100 was a university-wide wellbeing and fitness initiative delivered by University College Birmingham.
The event brought together staff and participants to take part in a varied programme of physical activity, wellbeing sessions and friendly competitions. Activities included group fitness classes, conditioning sessions, social sports and inclusive challenges, all designed to encourage movement, participation and connection across the university community.
Health 100 also supported two partner charities - Acorns Children's Hospice and St Basils - helping to raise awareness of their work supporting children, young people and families.
