We went on a little half day tour with Raja & The Whales in Mirissa, Sri Lanka and it was a pretty interesting experience. We saw a few whales and plenty of dolphins before some tourists decided to jump into the ocean for a dip. For the prices shown on their website, it includes breakfast on board as well. Tour typically starts at 6.30am and they offer pickup from your hotels in Mirissa/Weligama, so it's all quite convenient. If you are leaving the area after the tour, you can leave your luggage at their office first and come back to retrieve them after the tour.
