Technically this locals was recorded before the new year but I thought I would Upload it after...Not that I had much time mind you but this was also the locals that the Roger Promo was released into the TCG and I thought what better time than now to actually play the deck it was designed for R/P Roger! This was Round 2 of the locals and this was against Toby, he normally judges and runs the locals...He still did but this time around and he decided to play with the Imu Deck!
