Описание: Colored Corners is a simple, game-like warm-up I use with rec soccer players.

Players dribble freely inside a grid and react to color calls, forcing them to keep the ball under control, change direction, and stay engaged.

This activity:
• Gets every player moving
• Builds awareness and reaction
• Eliminates lines and waiting

It’s easy to run and works great for younger players as part of a warm-up or early session activity.
