Our expert panel was charged with envisioning the preferred future of supporting agency, trust, transparency, and involvement in higher education and creating an action plan toward that future. Panelists were asked to focus on a 10-year time horizon, which allows us to realistically consider the future impacts of current social, technological, economic, environmental, and political trends.
