In today’s vlog, I’m sharing an evening at our B&B here in beautiful Skegness. You’ll see me preparing a homemade lasagna for our guests’ first evening meal, then making a comforting cottage pie and my Philmar Special Dessert — pancakes with a twist, passed down from my mum’s hotel recipe!
I also bake a batch of cupcakes and a Black Forest cake for one of our lovely guests who surprised me with the sweetest gift before leaving — and she’s already booked more stays with us! 💕
