Описание: In this video I will address how to fix inner thigh pain when squatting, lunging, or running. Inner thigh pain is caused by tightness or inflammation of the adductor muscle. When our adductor muscles are overworked or weak they will begin to cause us pain when we are squatting at the gym or doing lunges or even running. I present you with 3 stretches/exercises that will relieve and loosen those adductors to relieve that inner thigh pain.
