ICCA Dubai Student Chefs invited to DoubleTree by Hilton, as part of Hilton Effect Week

Student Chefs of ICCA Dubai Batch 125, were invited to DoubleTree by Hilton, Business Bay, as a part of the Hilton Effect Week on Saturday, December 12th, 2020, for an industry exposure & experience event under the guidance of the Executive Chef Rene Johari.

The students were given an end to end tour of the property and the kitchens, which included an in-depth explanation and demonstration of the operations here, as well.

Further, they were also given the opportunity of a plate-along session, to help hands-on understand the industry standards & ways better.

It was a very insightful and productive day spent by the student chefs enjoying the gracious Hilton hospitality, and also learning, understanding, and experiencing the true essence of the Hospitality Industry.
