This video shows how to inspect, diagnose, and repair a Honda HRR216K5VXA lawn mower that has been left sitting outside, unused, for a long time, and won't start.

Do not order parts from the above diagrams, unless the mower that you're working on is actually an HRR216 K5 VXA.
Helpful part numbers for this actual machine:
-Carburetor: Honda 16100-Z0L-023
-Carburetor gasket between carb and intake mounting block: Honda 19651-Z0L-000
(pay attention to how this is shown in the parts diagram, and install it in that exact configuration, regardless of how you find the machine assembled)
-Carburetor base gasket: Honda 16212-ZL8-000
(pay attention to how this is shown in the parts diagram, and install it in that exact configuration, regardless of how you find the machine assembled, and install the intake block correctly as well)
