Sai Deepak said, "It appears that what happened is probably the result of someone panicking because of the extensive operations that were undertaken. People on the ground are often from poorer families, but those who plan, have vision and an agenda, and possess the capability to brainwash and radicalize don't necessarily come from poor backgrounds. In the last 11 years, we've tried everything-given them computers and whatnot-but we haven't managed to change the fundamental problem. We're still beating around the bush...There's a particular mentality that knows no boundaries, respects no geography, and isn't defined by economic status. We've long been under the delusion that only poverty radicalizes people. I hope we come out of that deep Kumbhakarna slumber - that was never the case. This perpetual 'minority victimhood' cottage industry in the country needs to end. It's time to say-enough is enough. It's time to bust the myth that poverty and terror go hand in hand, and I don't think education has had any impact on this mindset." Watch
