Описание: Eric Thompson, Karl H. Nelson Professor of Economics and the director of the Bureau of Business Research, discusses the newly released economic outlook for Nebraska for the balance of 2022 and beyond. The forecast, produced as a collaboration by the Nebraska Business Forecast Council and the Bureau, includes the outlook for farm income and non-farm employment as well as expectations for key industries such as manufacturing, construction, health care, retail, finance and services. Dr. Thompson also discusses the national economic outlook and expected trends in both personal income and taxable sales in Nebraska and answers the questions from the attendees.
