A guide on how to et to glitch city in pokemon red/blue. first go to the safari-zone pay 500, go out and when he asks if you're leaving early you say no.
Then go back in save your game and reset the game. Ehen you begin, go out, and the worker will ask if you will participate, say no and fly to a random city. then walk 500 step (Don't stop inside a town.) and you'll return to the safari zone. exit through the south exit and you're in glitch city - Enjoy
