A lot of people tell me that they run out of keto dinner ideas when trying to keep eating keto meals for weight loss. That’s why, I got you covered…
The next time you ask yourself, “What’s for dinner on keto tonight?” be sure to whip out this quick keto recipe and have dinner or lunch on the table in no time. It only takes about 15 minutes to make, and you could probably do it even faster than me – for sure!
What I love about this particular keto recipe, is that it’s budget friendly too!
These Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella nuggets get really juicy after cooked, and when you pair them with the spiciness and zip of the arugula salad, it’s just so satisfying and YUMMY!
It’s always a super fast keto dinner for me.
I have to mention that all of my friends and family members (who don’t follow a keto diet or low carb lifestyle) LOVE this. There’s never any left the next day if I want a quick keto lunch, hahaha.
However, if you do want to use them for your weekly keto meal prep and batch cooking, they do reheat beautifully. Just store them in the fridge in an airtight container until you’re ready to eat them.
Another great thing about these is if you have trouble keeping the rest of your household satisfied while you’re on a keto diet, or eating low carb meals, then rest-assured that your picky eaters will gobble these up too!
You can even put just the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella on some bread for your loved ones and make a sandwich out of it.

Another thing that’s great about these is that you don’t even need to season them. Just roll them up, pop them in the pan and voila! DONE!!! These are ideal for keto snacking too, just reheat for a bit and enjoy.
Although the arugula salad is the perfect complement to these, they’re great on their own too.
