We’re pleased to welcome Ian as our new Chief Executive.
Ian brings many years of experience in and around social housing, including senior leadership roles at housing associations and earlier work supporting the sector through the Regulator of Social Housing and private sector.
He’s passionate about putting residents and their homes at the centre of what we do, investing in safe, warm, well-maintained and affordable homes, and working in partnership to strengthen communities across Kent.
In his first message, Ian sets out a clear commitment to listening to residents, being open and accountable, and working closely with partners to deliver long-term positive change.
We’re excited about this next chapter for West Kent under Ian’s leadership and look forward to continuing to collaborate with colleagues and partners across the sector.
