If you are looking for a fairly simple Elton John song to play then Blue Eyes is a great option for you. From the Jump Up album released in 1982 this ballad reached has some complex chords but the tempo and chordal playing make it much easier to play. This is taken from a 2004 live solo performance in Reggio Calabria and stood out to me as a great performance to use as an example of Elton's piano playing. The transcription that I have created will show you the chords, notes on a grand staff, as well as a piano roll visual.
