What started as a plan to debut our 1970 Pontiac Catalina at the 2024 Detroit Gambler 500 turned into an all-night scramble, a last-minute failure, and one of the most chaotic — and memorable — weekends we’ve ever filmed.

When the Catalina failed the morning of the event, we had two choices:
Quit…
or send our rusty $500 1983 Ford F-150 shop truck into the Gambler instead.

We chose chaos.

This video isn’t a polished build or a how-to.
It’s a full-length road-trip vlog, captured in real time, showing what actually happens when you push junkyard vehicles to their limits — no sleep, broken parts, trail fixes, and all.
