Most cruises dock in La Spezia, with transfer by bus or train into Cinque Terre. Some itineraries may port in Livorno (to the south) or Genoa (to the north), but keep in mind:
🕐 You’ll likely have 5–6 hours in port, but not all of that will be in the villages themselves, especially if your ship docks farther away.

Here’s our advice:

Instead, pick 1–3 towns depending on your available time.
