Star Wars Genesis 8.6 Update From 8.5 Installation On Steam Deck

Описание: This is me trying to update my Star Wars Genesis modlist from 8.5 to 8.6. On Steamdeck/Linux there are a few extra work-arounds that we need to do. You need to already have 8.5 installed. I have a previous video of doing that. You need to have jackify and nexus premium to make it go smooth.

1716740 is the Starfield App ID. So when going to find the starfield directory look under the steam/steamapps/compatdata/1716740/pfx/drive_c/ for starfield installation.

Please make sure to use Jackify from github, and have Nexus Premium to do this installation. Oh also make sure you have 350gb of internal memory on your steam deck. It is also mandatory to use LSFG (lossless scaling frame generation) as some planets get very bad fps. (corusant/dantooine to name a few) Some planets like geonosis have perfect framerate.

The .wabbajack file is located here

use this file for jackify.

This will be the "game" folder that you want to point jackify to.

This will be the "downloads" folder that you will want to point jackify to.

verify that DeityVengy was here.ico, StarfieldCustom.ini, StarfieldPrefs.ini, UpdateStarfieldPrefs.ps1, and UpdateStarfieldPrefsExtremeGraphics.ps1 are in this location. This is the files that are from the "documents.bat" part of the installation. It may be easier to just find these files on the website then trying to get the .bat to run properly. Verify sfse_1_15_22.dll and sfse_loader.exe are there.
To be safe I also threw those files into
/home/kyle/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1716740/pfx/drive_c/Star Wars Genesis/Game
so make sure they are there as well.
