Snapchat Spotlight is the platform’s feature for sharing short, entertaining videos with a wider audience, similar to Instagram Reels or TikTok. Instead of being limited to your friends list, Spotlight gives your content the chance to reach millions of Snapchat users. Uploading to Spotlight is quick and works directly from the app.

To upload, open Snapchat and either record a new video or choose one from your camera roll. If you’re using an existing clip, tap the Memories icon, then select Camera Roll, and pick the video you want. Once you have your video ready, tap the Send To button as if you were sending a snap.
