🤰 Happy Hips
Congrats, you have almost reached the finish line! You may be landing on your mat in a very different body with many mixed emotions now in your third trimester.
I filmed these classes around 29-30 weeks with the intention of providing options depending on how you are feeling at this stage of your journey! I have included slow flows, a yoga sculpt fusion and a nurturing, prop heavy practice if you feel like you are just needing a big hug!
Every stage of pregnancy is different for everyone. Please listen to your body and move in a way that is most supportive for you at this time. Your third trimester is the time to ground and prepare for your little, so whatever style of movement you are incorporating, focus on your breath, invite in ease, and know you are exactly where you need to be.
This practice is focused on the hips and low back - a slow flow designed to release tension in the lower body. I use blocks in this sequence as they can be very supportive for transitions and creating space for you to move more freely.
