This will be possible on live once we all acquire full 550 gear.
Setup:
Cast 4 arcane blasts for four arcane charges,
Frost nova
Pop macro (/cast arcane power, /cast blood fury, /cast presence of mind, /use mana gem, /cast alter time)
deep freeze(50% crit)
arcane blast, arcane barrage
alter time
arcane blast, arcane barrage..

If you time this right, you can do 200k, 240k, 200k, 240k, all in about 4 seconds..
