Designed as a safe and restful space, each episode features meaningful discussions around topics like burnout, self-worth, and emotional healing, paired with hands-on activities and live musical performances. The show invites you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a practical and gentle way.

Certified Life Coach and singer-songwriter Miriam Sornprommas will be your host, and Season 1 is honored by special guests: Valentina Ploy, Got Jirayu, Phum Viphurit, Gypso, Max Jenmana, Lolay and family ❤️

Hello Heart will also feature 3 original songs written and composed by Miriam and produced by Paul Ewing.

The project launches globally on YouTube on January 31, 2026.
