The infamous hip key roll up! This was one of the first skills I wanted to learn when starting aerial, it is just so cool! Of course it didn’t come easily, it has taken some great coaches and tutorials to get there, but even with all that until recently (like a week ago) my roll ups didn’t feel… trustworthy. I could do it, but something was still off. I have FINALLY figured out the formula for me to do these with 100% confidence. So I’m sharing the top two factors that helped me start trusting this skill. I hope this helps someone else get over that hump!
