Khichdi Qurut RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1. KG BEEF MINCE(QEEMA)
YOU CAN USE CHICKEN MINCE.
1. 2 cup rice
2. 2 tblsp ginger garlic paste
3. Tomato 5
4. 1 cup oil
5. Onion 3 to 4.
6. QURUT U CAN USE curd.
7. Mints
SPICES
1. 1Tblsp Red chilli
2. Salt to taste
3. ½tsp turmeric
4. 1tsp Garam Masala
5. 1 tsp zeera.
