Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 5 tbsp cold butter, 1/2 cup whole milk, 1 egg, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 cup mini chocolate chips
